Charles-Henri Puaux
A Columbia University B.A. and M.B.A. graduate, Charles-Henri Puaux began on Wall Street (JP Morgan, then Goldman Sachs – Oil & Gas) before expanding G-Capital’s client base seventy-fold. After taking over Pertimm in 2017, he led a full tech turnaround—adding OMS, CMS and NLU capabilities, launching the omnichannel platform Klea, and rolling out click-&-collect to 600 E.Leclerc hypermarkets in just one month—restoring profitability (+€1.5 M). A Web3 visionary, he orchestrated the world’s first municipal NFT sale with "IMETMYNFT" (Cannes, US $350 k, 2022), covered by 1,000+ media outlets. A lifelong football enthusiast, he brings the sport’s competitive spirit and team ethos to his leadership style. Now CEO of Pertimm Développement, he is driving phase 2 of his strategy: expanding AI-driven e-commerce solutions to shape tomorrow’s omnichannel experience.
Marlon Montanella
From Cannes, France, he is an accomplished soccer coach and former soccer player with professional and collegiate experiences. He is currently serving as an assistant coach for the University of North Florida’s men’s soccer team. In 2024, he helped lead UNF to the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship and a regular season title, marking a historic achievement for the program. He previously spent four seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Bridgeport, where he played a key role in player development and team strategy. Marlon has experiences with the youth academy level in the USA as he was part of the coaching staff at Beachside of CT MLS Next academy as well as the Jacksonville Armada MLS Next Academy. Marlon holds a master’s degree in data analytics from the University of Bridgeport and two bachelor’s degrees, one in Psychology from Young Harris College and one in Sports Sciences from the University of Nice, France. He emphasizes the importance of video analysis in player development, stating, "Players start recognizing opportunities for breaks on-field the more they recognize opportunities that arise from the video." His expertise in video analysis helps athletes refine their decision-making, positioning, and overall game intelligence, reflecting his commitment to leveraging technology to enhance performance and deepen players understanding of the game.
